We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR operations and initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and procedures that support our organization’s goals and objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on all HR-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, and orientation programs.
- Oversee performance management and employee relations activities, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- years of experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
